What are Open Geo Data?
The Public Health Geographics program within the Indiana State Department of Health makes data freely available to everyone to use and republish as they wish, without restrictions from copyright, patents or other mechanisms of control. The data are available for download or developers can integrate our data services directly into their applications. We do ask that you credit the data source accordingly.

Who are Public Health Geographics?
The Public Health Geographics (PHG) program is housed in the Epidemiology Resource Center (ERC) division of the Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH). PHG provides GIS support for agency programs including data integration, data analysis, application development, mapping, and training's.
